REMC Ltd., a subsidiary of RITES Limited, has been bestowed ‘IEI Industry Excellence Award 2021’ by the Institution of Engineers (India) in the Engineering Services and Consultancy (ESC) category. The award presented by Hon’ble Minister of Heavy Industries, Government of India Dr.Mahendra Nath Pandey during 36th Indian Engineering Congress-Centenary Celebration in New Delhi on Sunday, recognizes REMC LTD’ efforts as a leader for its innovation, excellence in engineering operations and services and its capacity to sustain excellence in a competitive manner.

Certificate of Excellence from Ministry of Railways to commencement of power flow under open access

Company has received the Special award of Subsidiary / JVs for outstanding performance by recording highest ever operating turnover on the 45th Annual Day of RITES Ltd. The award was presented by Chairman and Managing Director of RITES Ltd. Shri Rajeev Mehrotra.
Company has also received an award of being the ‘Most Innovative Player’ in Power Sector from Shri R.K.Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent charge) Power & MNRE, in a function organized by PTC India Ltd on 15.07.2019.
In recognition of efforts made by the company in commencement of flow of traction power : 35 MW in Punjab, additional 50 MW in Bihar and additional 10 MW in Rajasthan from BRBCL under Open Access, company has received a Group Award of Rs 25,000/- from Shri Rajesh Tiwari, Member Traction, Ministry of Railways, Railway Board on 25.02.2020.
