Bhupender Singh Bodh

Sh.Bhupender Singh Bodh is working as chief executive Officer in REMC ltd. He is from the 1991 Batch of the Indian Railway Service of the Electrical Engineers (IRSEE). He has extensive experience in Railway Electrification projects, SCADA & Transmission line works. He has successfully resolved the chronic problem of insulator and ATD failures on Indian Railways while working as Director/RDSO Lucknow.

He has worked in the planning phase of the Dedicated Freight corridor and was chosen to stir the Mission of 100% Railway Electrification of Govt of India, wherein a record 7188 Rkms were commissioned in a single year.

He was part of the PM GatiShakti team and working as Executive Director/Gatishakti Electrical, and responsible to plan the 2x25 ac electric system up gradation to meet heavy freight and higher speed vande Bharat trains pan India.

He is MIET, Chartered Engineer IET, UK & Senior Member IEEE, USA.

He has joined REMCL as CEO on 15th April 2025.

manish tiwari

Sh. Manish Tiwari is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of post-qualification experience across infrastructure, power, and consulting sectors. He is a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) – 1999, with academic credentials in B.Com and LLB.

Currently serving with RITES Ltd. for the past 16+ years, he has held multiple leadership roles spanning the entire spectrum of finance and financial services. His core expertise includes Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Treasury Management, Project Finance, Accounting, Tendering & Contract Management.

He has successfully spearheaded strategic business units in diverse verticals including Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, and Consultancy. His key contributions include designing and implementing robust accounting systems and policies, strengthening financial reporting frameworks, institutionalizing internal control procedures, and developing effective budgeting and MIS tools.

Currently he is also heading the Central Accounts & Taxation Sub-Unit of the Finance Division in RITES Ltd, and responsible for preparation Annual accounts of the RITES Group and its audit from statutory auditor & CAG. He is also leading the Finance Core Team for SAP S/4HANA implementation across RITES & REMC Ltd., driving digital transformation in financial processes.

Prior to RITES, he was associated with Delhi Transco Ltd., the State Transmission Utility of Govt. of NCT of Delhi. During his tenure, he handled high-value substation project tendering & evaluation in the Project Finance unit and was conferred the ‘Best Employee of the Year’ Award in 2008. As a Finance Core Team member, he played a pivotal role in the successful implementation of ERP/SAP in 2010, significantly enhancing process automation and controls.

He commenced his career in 1999 with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Head Office, Delhi. At NHAI, he gained extensive exposure to the infrastructure sector and handled diverse finance functions including Treasury Management, Central Accounts, preparation of accounts for CAG Audit, and financial aspects of contract management. He was closely involved in compliance and financial management of highway projects funded by World Bank, ADB, JBIC, and Lines of Credit issued by the Government of India.

RIZWAN AHMAD JAMALI

Shri. Rizwan Ahmad Jamali is working aa General Group Manager in REMC ltd. and is responsible for Renewable Energy Projects pertaining to Solar Power, Wind Energy and Sustainable energy development projects towards achievement of Mission “Net-Zero Carbon Emission of Indian Railways by 2030”.

He belongs to the IRSEE-97 batch (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers) and is working on deputation in REMC ltd. since August 2023.He has an extensive experience of around 24 years of working in the field of Power Supply & Coaching, Locomotive Production, Traction Power Distribution, Train Operation, Design & Development of various Railway Projects during his postings in Northern Railway, Banaras Locomotive Works, South-Eastern Railway, RDSO (Research Design & Standards Organisation), North Central Railway.

He has also worked as Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board He has attended Advanced Management Programmes at INSEAD, Singapore and ICLIF, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He has been to Milan, Italy regarding development of equipment’s of three phase Electric Multiple Unit Train. His interest includes painting, reading and pursues Walking and Swimming for fitness.

P.c Lochab

Shri. P.C lachab is working as Group General Manager-II in REMC Ltd. Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), 2001 Batch With over 23 years of distinguished service in the Indian Railways with extensive expertise in Power Supply & Coaching, Locomotive Production, Traction Power Distribution, and Train Operations across North Western and Northern Railways. He has more than 8 years of continuous experience in gauge conversion, doubling of railway construction projects, electrification initiatives, and SCADA systems. His career reflects a strong technical foundation combined with strategic leadership in large-scale infrastructure and energy projects,

He is currently looking after Power Procurement, Power planning and providing advisory services to Indian Railways on regulatory issues related to deemed licensee status and related matters. He is also advising Railways on issues related to scheduling of power including procurement of power form energy exchange.

Beyond his technical and managerial roles, he has made a remarkable impact in sports administration. He served as Secretary, Railways Sports Promotion Board and Director Sports/Executive Director Sports, dedicating nearly 7 years to advancing Indian Railways’ sporting excellence. His leadership culminated in his election as Secretary General of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI).

During his tenure in sports administration, Indian Railways athletes contributed nearly 50% of India’s medals at the Tokyo and Paris Olympics.He has also represented Indian Railways internationally, including traction system training at Alstom, in Tarbes,France, and multiple overseas visits as Head of Delegation for IR sportspersons

K.PuJA

K. Puja is working as General Manager in REMC Itd and is responsible for Accounting and Reporting of  GHG Emissions & potential offset projects for IR, CSR Works ,Company Branding ,Business development and other administrative works of REMCL . 

She has an experience of around 15 years of working in the field of power supply & coaching, traction power distribution, train operation, execution of various railway projects during her  various postings in South Western Railway.
She was felicitated  with Ministry of Railway Award for Outstanding Service for the year 2020 and with General Manager's award for excellence in performance in 2018-19. 

She belongs to the IRSEE-08 batch (Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers) and is working on deputation in REMC Itd. since  13 December 2024.

Abhishek

Shri Abhishek is working as a   General Manager at REMC Limited. He is a Graduate Electrical Engineer & Post Graduate in Management having 21 years of experience in various domains.

He is looking after planning & execution of Renewable Energy projects at REMC Ltd. He has played key role in bidding and implementation of various Solar Rooftop projects, Wind power projects & Ground mounted Solar PV power projects over Indian Railways. He is also associated with various activities related to Renewable & Sustainable energy, Net Zero Carbon Emission Mission of Indian Railways, Training & Capacity Building and sourcing of Green Power from Mega Solar Parks etc.

He has also served RITES Ltd. in various roles & capacities. He has experience in Quality Assurance including third party inspection of equipments and machinery procured by Indian Railways from domestic and overseas manufactures. Before RITES Ltd, he has also worked in General Electric (GE) Motors in the area of Plant Engineering.

He is a qualified Chartered Engineer and life member of various Professional Bodies. He attended various training programs at IIT Delhi, IIM Lucknow, IIM Kozhikode, MDI Gurugram, CPRI Bangalore, IREDA Vadodara, BHEL, ABB, IRIEEN & SUZLON etc. His interest includes Poetry, Cricket & Social Services.
